my A flat/ G sharp key is bent sideways and is now ever so slightly under neath the Fkey. So when i press the F key, the f gets stuck under the AFlat key and viceversa. is there a way to fix it without taking it to the shop?

It requires bending a bit but the danger is breaking it, bending the key elsewhere or causing other damage. It is not always easy to hold these keys securely in the right places to bend them back correctly.
There is a possibility also that it is the F key that has got bent.
