I just started this thread in the boring summer to see what other bands are doing for their marching shows this year (unless it's a secret of course)
I'm Brass Captain this year (woot) and we're doing a show that revolves around songs about doctors, in a way.
We're doing classics mostly, including Witch Doctor and 'Fever'.
Looks like it's gonna be an interesting show.

we're doing 2 shows... one for football games and one for competition. the football show has no theme and the songs are:
1. Freebird
2. Into the Stone
3. Robin Hood Prince of Thieves theme
and our competition show has something to do with russian... not really sure what but the show is going to be awesome
1. Conquistador
2. Channel One Suite
3. Russian Christmas Music
i think that i have a high note feature in one of the songs but i'm not sure which one yet.

I HATE MARCHING. We're doing some !****!ed stuff..and that's all i know..it's reallly stupid. But we've done like super hero themes, and a 60's theme...so stupid. I don't like marching. I'm a sit down in a chair or stand up soloing performer..that's it lol.

Yeah I hate marching too. Wouldn't it make more sense to focus solely on music? (Hence the term "music education")

were doing a 60's -70's theme... i suggested 10 minute time machine for the title..
1. In the stone

4. I saw her standing there..
