I live in the Columbia Gorge (sort of); actually it is just the nearest notable place. Does anyone know where Willard, WA is? The town-sign reads "Willard, pop. 46". It is an old sign, though, so of course there are more people now than 46 lol. (It is very sad when people just twenty miles away have never heard of your town).
Anyway, this winter was one of the worst. The snow piles on the sides of the roads were like the Himalayas, and they were heavy enough to smash cedar fences. And gosh, after several weeks of nonstop snow, we had to shovel off the roofs of our buildings (we have *a lot* of buildings) because when it would rain freezing rain in between the snowing periods, the ice would compact. Our roof was sagging a slight bit, enough that you could tell from the inside. It took so long to shovel, and it was really difficult to get the ice off. When we were done, the pile from shoveling was so high that we didn't need a ladder to get off the roof.

New England! It gets really cold here in the winter sometimes below zero (farenhiet) or however you spell it but right now it is 70 derees and humid. (awful woodwind weather)

Im in Northern Utah, so we get really cold winters with TONS of snow(if you want to go skiing come here:D) and hot summers... its like 103 today(okay not as hot as some places, but still hot)
