Whoever the 9th grade idiot is that said they could get a b flat with a 6 1/2 size mouthpeice and was only in 9th grade and thought they were king of trombones is the one that needs to get a grip or is just flat out rediculous cause i`m in 9th grade too and i can play way higher than b flat with the same mouthpiece and the next b flat is about impossible...trombones aren`t that easy to learn.....just takes a lot of time and patience

ok ppl , for all u new kids that cant play high Bb dont worry , just do a lot of lip slurs and in no time you`ll get pretty good and uh if u dont kno wat lip slurs are its just playing as many notes as u can play on each position. i do 3 notes then 4 then 5, but if u really wanna sound good. go take lessons.

I can go from the lowest F to a high C and sometimes D, I dunno what kinda mouth piece it is (and I play on 2 different ones), I`ve been playing tromb for a year I`m in grade 11, can anyone give me some scales/appregios? No major-scale crap, I want some obscure stuff, some cool jazzy stuff please.

yeah, I play the trombone, I am only 6 though... But I like it, I am learning how to play Bach`s Minuet in B flat minor... You guys are thinking, this kid is really 13 and his name is really Jonny, but no... My parents named me Harbringer(Just call me Har.!!!) Well, see ya!

Trombone is hard to learn in the beginning. But it gets better after some practice. The most important thing is perseverence. You would get the fingerings into your head in no time if you hold on there... All the best. Trombone Rulezzz...

I have to learn three hard sheets one stuffed with sixth teenth notes and the others SUPPER long then have all 12 major scales learned and chromatice from low Eb to high Bb (the realy high one) and then site read...all by monday.

Hi everybody! First off, dont feel bad if you can`t yet get the high Bb, it`ll come. I`ve been playing for a year and a bit now and I can play on a straight tenor trombone (normal tbone) from the pedal Bb (octave lower than your concert Bb) almost (about one note short) of the Bb 3 octaves above your concert Bb note. I though that was impossible a few months ago Practice is the key!

Hi. I`ve been playing the trombone for four and a half years now. I still have a lot of trouble remembering positions so I suggest getting a position chart or a book. If you`re in school, just get help from your teacher. I have to go study for my trombone exam tomorrow. Good Luck
