So Algore invents the inter net. years later i get spywhere and a virus while downloading some hum files. I loose all my data and have to wipe my hard drive. I blame Al gore. Can i bill him for that?

He didn`t `invent` it in the traditional sense. Computer networks existed long before that. He pitched the idea for a large worldwide network (for scientific, and later, military use) though, so he still deserves credit.

As far as spyware is concerned, I can handle that because free internet porn more than makes up for it :P
