Hi guys. I've been playing violin for about 15 years. However I had my instrument stolen my senior year of HS and finally got it back 3 years later. I've been tryig my damndest to get back up to my previous level of playing. I've got the left hand dexterity and speed but my intonation and technique have died a slow and agonizing death. I've been finishing up my bachelor's degree in classical guitar performance and have had numerous fiddling gigs, but when it comes t lpaying classical music I'm nowhere near as proficient as I once was. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get my technique back up to par?

Dedication and practice. Practice every day - no matter how badly you think it sounds! You need to retrain yourself and that is going to take the dedication to practice. Do you have a teacher? If not, get a teacher. They will be able to help you out!
