Hi, my name is Jacob and I write music...I kind of need to know the dynamic marking of a string pluck...if you could tell me, that would be remarkably admiracious.

if you are going to write music you should know the instrument and know how to read it. but you mark it by putting Piz. before the measure and under the measure.

don't forget the term arco when you want the violinist to start bowing again or the rest of the song will be played in pizzacato! (plucking) if its at the end of the song it doesn't particularly matter. and you can pizzacato chords too. you'll have to know the strings to figure that out though...
