ok, so I am planning to learn violin, before I do though, I want to learn some about it so I'll be ready.
How do you know where to put your bow and where to place your fingers on the strings? please help ^^

Your bow should almost fall out of your hand. And be sure for when you bow that you have your elbow move back and forth, Not your whole arm. Another thing you should know is that you hold your violin up with your chin and shoulder. Also, if you start with a smaller violin, like 3/4 don't get discouraged if it does not sound good. That's how that size is. Good luck!
