Hello, can anyone help me out with finding 'All you need is love' by the beatles sheet music for the cello?? Its just for a one off, so don't really want to buy a book just for one song.

Have you ever heard of "playing by ear"? In other words, listen to the song then try to put the song together yourself. I do it constantly! I copied a Vivaldi song note for note, beat for beat. It might sound crazy, but you might find yourself one day doing it without thinking about it. LOL!
