I need help reading tabs please.

For example I need help to read a tab like this:

What do the numbers mean??

What you need to know is that the lowermost section represents the string with lowest pitch, i.e. E. So you need to play the 13th fret on the biggest string, and pluck at the same time the 13th fret on the 3rd string starting from the E string. The x means you should mute that string, just don't play it at all
