Normally those patterns would be written the other way around ...

Gm – 355333
Cm – x35543
F – 133211

... lowest- to highest-pitched strings. It's up to you to work out the fingering.

------------------------------------------------------------------

Each of the examples you've cited is a bar (or "barre") chord: your first finger stops all 6 strings and the remaining fingers stop additional notes. For instance, you could play the Gm chord mentioned above by playing 333333 using your first finger and then adding the 5th-fret notes on the A and D strings using your 2nd and 3rd fingers.

A better approach might be this: play Em (022000) using your 2nd and 3rd fingers instead of 1st and 2nd. Slide that "E minor shape" up the neck so that you're playing 055000, then place your 1st finger across the neck as if it were making an artificial nut at the 3rd fret – 355333. Similarly, you can play Fm, F#m, (the Gm we've just mentioned), G#m, Am, Bbm, Bm, Cm ... etc, etc. You're just moving the whole pattern up the neck one fret at a time.

Much easier to demonstrate in real life than to talk about!
