A#4/B - what it should read is A#sus4/B which means:

A sharp suspended 4th with a B in the bass.

The notes in this chord are (from low notes up)

B (in the bass) A# D#(which is the 4th, no 3rd degree of the scale)and E# (5th degree)

A2 - Where did you get this from? Reply to them with "you're an idiot"

It should be the chord of A9 which is (from low notes up):
A , C#, E, G (flat 7th) and B(major 9th)
