I'm totally newbie with playing guitar and I really don't know if there are any chords should I avoid when first learning this.
Very appreaciated for your advise.

I would start with common open position chords such as C, G, D, Em, and Am. You find that there are plenty of songs which use some or all of these chords and, if you try and learn a few, you will be able to practice the chord changes in different orders.
When you're comfortable with these chords try new songs that just add one new chord at a time.
Don't think in terms of avoiding any particular chords. It's true, barre chords (eg. F, Bm, etc.) are more challenging, but you can do a lot with simple open position chords to start with.
