I've been playing for 1 year (sort of) and I am currently learning some pieces from "The Producers" songbook (That Face, Springtime for Hitler), Czerny and Hanon exercises, and Grieg's Piano Concerto in A Minor (arranged for solo piano).
I've been playing about 10 months. I finished Moonlight Sonata a few weeks ago, but I'm not currently working on anything. Most of the songs I really like are too hard.

I'm 14 and I've only been playing for 5 months (since about May time this year). I'm learning Arabesque No.1 by Claude Debussy - so far I can play the first 18 bars!
I really love playing that song...does anyone know what grade it is, coz I've heard it's quite high, and it'd be nice to know seeing as I'm due to do my grade 1 exam soon, and it's be reassuring to know I'm playing something harder anyway!!!
* Been playing for eight years, but didn't do much for the first two years so am only up to grade six standard...
* Pieces: Mental block. Some Scarlatti piece...but I don't remember it's name, Allegro Non Ma Troppo by Beethoven, Mazurka in A by Chopin and some theme and variation based upon this Paganini theme (or SOMTHING!) And lots of Hanon (love/hate relationship)
Hi! I"m 12 and I've been playing for about two and a half years now. I'm on level four of the Alfred series. The piece I've been practicing is Minuet and Trio by Mozart. I've also been doing Hanon and I'm on #24. I also am doing my scales and arpeggios. I'm trying to get used to my hands freezing as they play Hanon.
