Anyone know any hand exercises that help you play piano better or strengthen your hands, I already know the Hannon, and would like to learn more!!

Hi Beevin,
I recommend The craft of piano playing book, or DVD<i have both>, it really helped me.
I can't just describe it here, you have to see it for your self

The Czerny studies are always good to achieve strenght in the hand. Start with the "50 small studies" collection.
