My housemate believes that this is a keyboard. I am hoping that you believe it is a piano.

and I'm pretty sure thats an electric piano because of the features on it and the title etc but don't take my word but I am pretty certain x

A Keyboard is technically a portable digital piano, and this happens to be such. This is a keyboard. Sorry mate. Electric Piano's are at no means portable, and are the same size as a traditional piano.
