Andrew`s transcription seems to be "exact." He even got the e-flat in the bass part correct at the end. I am scrutinizing it for errors, but so far there doesn`t seem to be any. Kudos!

I finished looking at this and see only two errors: the fourth chord on the second line should be a-e instead of a-d (so it`s a-e, g, a-e, g) and on same line the grace note b-flat to b-natural (which was likely an oversight). Also on same line the second bass chord is held until halfway through the second measure (which doesn`t matter if you`re just playing the notes.)

Well, I finally finished my transcription of the intro. It`s in the key signature of E min. It was fun to do, especially for such a great song. That first treble chord was definitely challenging to figure out. So here you go, it`s at

To print properly in IE, go to File/Page setup and set your page margins to as low as they go (just type in zeros for all) and then File/Print (printing by right-clicking and "Print picture" won`t work b/c it will print the wrong size.)
Hope this is helpful. After working on it, I don`t need to look at the music anymore! :P
