Yeah I saw them on drummerworld.com a while back. They have great discipline and tremendous chops but they're missing one thing: tenors. It was still good though.
good group they do a great job of playign together but there difficulty of music in the bass drums was not tromedously high. The snares did a lot of fun stick stuff i will admit they were amazing with all of the stick tossing and crossing over so on and so forth.
Indeed...Even if they were trying to go for that "traditional" feel which isn't exactly portrayed by their multiple sized bass drums they could use single tenors to get a rounder, more diverse sound.
"Like a bowling ball in a dryer" Way too much dirt. Maybe that stuff goes over in Europe but not around here. Not to discredit the talent of those guys but you all do know about the real drum corps that are out there right?
