Alto sax []tabs? You`re joking, right? Tabs are not written for wind instruments, and the sooner you accept that, the better. Learn the fingerings, and learn how to read music. It may be slow and painful at first, but it benefits you a lot in the long run.

That little comment of yours not only tells me that you are immature, but also that you are extremely uninformed. If you`re having issues, go sort them out without dragging others down with you.

I wasn`t saying that tabs were dumb, I was merely pointing out the obvious. Tablature is not used for anything other than fretted string instruments. Any professional sax player will look at you like you have six heads if you ask them about sax tabs.

Tablature was created for fretted string instruments, and nothing else. Do you see any frets, a fingerboard, or strings on an alto saxophone? No. Tablature is a very specific way of writing music, and it would be very confusing for the sax, since the way the keys are named is much more complicated than 1,2,3,4, etc.

I hope you don`t say things like that around musicians in real life, because they will cut you down, and make a complete fool of you.

ok um i play the trumpet rly but ive been palying tenor sax for about a year. I read music and am a proper classically treined lil girl :D but looking for ska sheet music is like death, so im having to read tabs even though it is pretty lame so there u go:D ...i gess that wasnt rly very useful

o actually summin else dus ne1 know any site for free tabs or sheet music? i especially want the tenor sax music for madnesses `One Step Beyond` It rocks but the musics rly hard to get hold of and all i can find is the main riff and none of the solo or nething so cud u please help? thanx
