Has anyone ever played one???whats the highest note on that compared to the soprano??

The highest conventional note would be high F#, an octave above high F# on alto.

The conventional (that is, commonly cited) written range for all saxophones is Bb below middle C to the third F above middle C. For the alto that translates to a concert (sounding) Db below middle C to the second Ab above middle C. The analogous concert
range for the sopranino would be Db directly above middle C to the Ab two octaves and a perfect fifth above that Db. Note, however, that the four or so lowest semitones on a saxophone tend to go splat, and that pitches above the high saxophone written F are possible using the saxophone`s "altissimo" range for players who have specifically learned this particular technique.
