SUPERIALS REEDS ALL THE WAY !!!!!

In jazz band i use a rico jazz select 3 medium and in concert band I use vandoran 3

Alrighty,

I was just wondering, b/c the reeds I use are in order by soft, med soft, med, med hard, hard
what do all the numbers mean?? something i`d really like to know. not that i use those reeds anyways. i used double reeds. but i`d really be interested in finding out. any help???

I just started using a plastic reed made by Bari. Has anyone else used them? cause they seem to squeak alot on high notes
