While on Clarinet 1st and 2nd Regester fingerings change, on Saxophone both are same,(Except all you do to go higher is use the octave key)
Its pritty simular to clarinet yet ther are some small difrence.

That probabley means you have leeking pads.
Take it to a local music store for a check up.

Low notes on saxophones are typically hard to get out. A pad might be leaking, but it also just takes some practice.

The fingerings are almost the same as the clarinets Clarion register, the key on the back is not a register key it is an octave key, so it should be pretty easy, the saxophone doesn't finger the same way as the low notes (chalumeau).
