I recently bought a new Bass recorder and am very happy with it, except the second (lower) neck joint is very very stiff. After playing it is all I can do to the seperate it for cleaning and I'm afraid I may damage the keys as I pull and heave and twist. The other two joints are much easier to pull apart and all the joints have an equal amount of the supplied lubricant applied to them. Does anyone have aby suggestions as to how I can make it easy to part?
