Can you do vibrato on a recorder?
If so, how?

You do it by changing your breath pressure at the speed you wish the vibrato to occur. When playing in a consort, vibrato is usually considered undesirable. For solo playing, sometimes a slight amount serves to add some life to the sound. But it should only be a small amount; not like you might hear from a romantic cello performance.
