I've come to wonder how the Ferris recorders are like (fingering, tone, durability etc). Is there an owner of one here which could tell me a bit about them?

Right, so i bought em, first impression is good (the sopranino broke before it reached me though). The only not so good thing that I have noticed so far is that there's no cork in the joints (it's all plastic). Though the price surely was rather low (believe it or not, 109 £ for a sopranino, soprano, alto, tenor and bass all with cases, cleaning rods and grease which they would be impossible to assemble without).

Now im not a master of tuning (and I don't own a tuning fork, yet I can program my comp. to become one for me) so I wouldn't dare say yet if they are well tuned.
