So? Is it good? Is it bad? I think it's good, I just want to get a feel of what you all think, especially since some of you are actually studying music/vocals. Note that I am playing and singing at the same time.

I think it's pretty good. Your voice is very beautiful but not powerful. You should try training your voice to be more steady and stronger. I can barely understand your words.
And as to the guitar playing. AWESOME! ^^

Pretty good. If I could give ANY critique at all, it would be the voice/guitar balance, and we could really hear more singing.
