Seeking Rock/Metal Vocalist!

I'm interested in anyone in the MD/DC/VA area who has experience with musical theater, opera or vocal training that also has a leaning towards rock music.

I'm also offering a $100 "finders fee" to the person who refers our new vocalist, so please pass the word around and feel free to post the following ad anywhere you think it would draw attention.

The progressive metal band Concrete Prophet is seeking a vocalist. Vocal training and knowledge of music theory is a plus, as is a basic understanding of the music industry. Interested parties should have a desire to work hard toward promoting the group.

Our ideal candidates would meet all of the following:

· Approximately between the ages of 21 and 28
· Tenor range of approximately 2 1/2 octaves
· Some formal training and knowledge of music theory
· An aptitude and disposition for professional performance
· Some prior performance experience (theater, a gigging band, etc)
· Lyric/Music writing ability is a plus, but by no means required
