I'm a composer for a jazz, rock roots and soul kinda band...and im having a musical blank. We're just about to record an album and i cant think of anything to write...DOes anyone know any techniques to get those creative juices flowing again?

Stick to established chord progressions, and improvise around this until you find something that feels right.

Also, another way is to think of the style you want the piece to be, and listen to some other artists who record in this style, and appropriate some of their concepts and ideas.
