Just out of curiosity, I constantly find myself having to flip over the horn, pull out a valve, and wait for the spit to slowly come out.
Has anyone come across any creative, (or just plain simple!) ways to empty the spit out of the horn?

I`d love to hear your ways.
Thanks!

tip 1: know your horn (they will collect condensation in different spots) for example... my holton collects in the 3rd trigger valve and in the F tuning slide... but I've played others that collect in 1st valves and other places

tip 2: visit www.hornplayer.net and have a look at their archives - lots of hints and tips on maintenence and playing of horns.
