Ok well the band I am in, is The Ellie Chronicles.

It is currently made up of:

Vocals (and bass guitar) - Rachel (me)
Guitar - Ryan
Rhythm Guitar - Steven (maybe)
Drums - Brad

My husband (Ryan) is very gifted musically. He is an amazing composer of music, and seems to live it everyday. He is constantly writing new songs, catchy songs that have a classical back bone to them. We are mainly rock/indie/alternative, but prolly more so darker....not as in super evil dark, just the tones of the music have a darkness about them, but an intreging kind.

At the moment we are just trying to write some stuff. We have 1 song nearly down pat, but we have also gone through and scraped like 5-6 songs. he he, we keep writing better ones.

I am struggling though, to write lyrics. I am not very good at putting them into a nice flowy artistic experience. Ryan is good at it, but his seem to be a lil too artistic and dark. I want to write positive stuff to, but I just need motivation to write down the lyrics.

We are serious about music. We want to get somewhere musically. Its what we want as our career.
