(What programs can you send sheet music in, anyway? I doubt I have any programs that can read it, so if you could take a picture, that would be great! I know I'm asking a lot, but I would really appreciate it!)

i don't have the sheet music, but perhaps his might get you going!
play: df#gb in your right hand and ad e in the left<bass>
Play around with it, and you will figure it out easily.Then you have the same thing in a and a cadence:right: bflat e g left(c octave)
right a d# g left (h octave)
