Hi everyone! I am trying to find out what the name of a song is, I was once taught part of it at primary school many years ago, and I can remember trying to play it once on my grandmother's piano, she recognized it and told me it was one of her favorite songs, one she had listened to and played when her and my grandfather got together many many years ago. She took over and played it so beautifully, (it sounded alot different to my pitiful attempt, hehe)

Anyway this was sooooo long ago, I can only remember a few notes from the song, but I would really like to find out the name of the song so I can find the sheet music for it and learn to play it properly, my daughter is just learning to play and it would be nice if she could learn it!
