A & E Strings digging into bridge.

Hello,

I just recently replaced the bridge on my violin. The problem was the a & e strings were digging deeply into the bridge. I`ve seen pictures of these small round objects placed around the string where it comes into contact with the bridge. What are they, and where can I buy them?
