 It might help you to think Major or minor interval.  Here is what I would do. 
If you have learned the Major 7 arpeggio which is M-m-M, that is for example, C E G B G E C, or the C to E interval is a Major interval, and the interval from E to G is a minor interval, the one G to B is a Major interval. Then practice the Dom 7 arpeggio right after it.   
The Dom 7 arpeggio is M-m-m, or, C E G Bb G E C . Once you have learned these beside of each Major one, then add the Minor 7th one.  
Minor 7 is m-M-m  or C Eb G Bb G Eb C  
Fully diminished 7 is m-m-m or B# D# F# A F# D# B#
