Can Anyone tell me about this clarinet? Leblanc Paris III France

I have a Bb clarinet that my father bought for me used in about 1980. It's wood, made by Leblanc. On the Barrel Joint it has inscribed:

Leblanc
Paris
III

This is repeated on each section, with the addition on the Upper Joint of "FRANCE" below the "III".

I haven't been able to find much information on it on the web.
