Anyone have any info on either of these Bassoons.
I know the Lesher is made in Indiana, going for around 1100.

All i know is that selmer has since bought out the lesher company so any bassoon that you see that is a Lesher, it is a bit older. Lesher also is not of top quality, I used to have a selmer 131 bassoon, and it sucked really bad, i had to get rid of it....i have never heard of Laurel bassoon..

Laruel are lemons. Just don`t buy them. I can tell you have been looking at ebay recently- both have made rounds in the past week. Trust me, theyre not worth it.
Get a good brand for pretty mcuh the same price (on ebay)
