SailorVI'm going to blunt and say that you need to work on this solo very much. The melody needs to be worked on, and even though I like a lot of broken chords, this didn't work b/c you said it was supposed to be dark, and sometimes you convey a moodier piece when the broken chords and regular block chords are balanced out. And you need to fix the off rhythms towards the middle b/c they weren't quite working for me. And you could also convey the mood of the piece better if the right hand and left hand weren't so far apart with the upper and lower octaves, because it was so high at the beginning it sounded tinkly. Just keep working. You've got a good potential for this piece.
