Hm, as for recommendations I think "Comptine d'Une Autre Été : l'Après Midi" by Yann Tiersen is beautiful and relatively easy (although I don't know what you find easy :P). Le Moulin and La Dispute also by Yann Tiersen are beautiful and easy too. And "Serenade" by Schubert and "Nocturne" by Chopin (one of the pieces that's played in the movie "The Pianist"), but these ones may be too difficult, I don't know.
