Looking for someone with interest and or knowledge of antique flutes.
I own a flute that was awarded to Mr. F. Barbier as the prize of gold, during the exposition of Paris in 1889.

I think on a website called flutes.com (I`m not sure) they sale flutes. Perhaps the owner of the website can help you? (once on that site, which I`m not even sure is the right one, they had a piccolo for saled by... Sir James Galway )

Send me an e-mail with everything you can see and read that is stamped or printed,or both, on all the parts of the flute. I may be able to give you an idea.If possible a picture would really be a good thing.
