Yet, the Aurumite IS 10 grand...lol..and I was blinded by the gold prettiness of it. I stand by my decision to go with a better made flute, by a person that actually cares about doing business...not just depleting my bank acct. LOL Oh Kate...I'm glad you love your flute...I can't wait for you to make fun of mine!!! YAY!! After you told me about the customer service from that company...It's a wonder they sell flutes still...ROFL Powell's are good...for some...(then there are some that have better taste)...I'm done ripping on you now. You know it's all out of love and jealousy...

Soon you won't have to be jealous of my gorgeous Prism because you will have one of your own. I would rather deal with a private maker myself but the truth is I have just never found another flute that was more suited for me then the one I have. Now the Miyazawa CO is the BEST I have ever dealt with! If I ever get another (high dollar) flute I most likey will be going through them. 10 grand flute or not, I can still pick up a student Yammy and make it sound like a 10 grand!

Who says that Jack Moore flutes are "better made" then others though? When you are getting into that price tag they all are well made. (At least what is what I have seen.) Sometimes even machinery is more percise then a human hand also, so completely handmade isn't always better either.

HAHAHAAH...Kate!! I was only teasing!!! You know me and Powell are cool...we're like brothers...they're good when kept apart, but when you get two brothers together, they start fighting..at least in my family they do!!
