The Regency piccolo is virtually unknown in the U.S. It is sold by a South African company that appears to make yet another ordinary composite student piccolo. There are many, many other brands that are likely a better match for you available in the U.S.

Regency doesn't make flutes or piccolos. They are probably made in China. Otherwise, Regency would tell you the actual maker:

"Our partnership with top-tier instrument makers ensures Regency flutes benefit from a combination of high grade materials and components, first class work ethics, excellent craftsmanship, quality control and the latest precision technology.

This integral combination allows us to produce affordable instruments with good intonation, tone colour, durability, serviceability and that will assist musicans in maximising their playing potential."
