HI Michael,
It would be best to take your flute to a repair technician as they can usually solve the missing screw problem quick and easy.

Many of these off-brand flutes are Chinese copies of Yamaha & use the same thread on the adjusting screws.

Many repair shops stock an assortment of screws. Try a few shops, you might get lucky. Regardless, you should not have to replace the instrument. Worst case, a repair technician can re-tap the hole to fit another stock screw size.
