I am purchasing a Myers Featherweight microphone that will clip to my silver flute. I need a small amplifier for home practice. The amp will need to have an XLR plugin for the mic and I need extra input to run my music through. I was told NOT to use a guitar amp, but rather an acoustic, all instrument or a keyboard amp. I am a total novice when it comes to electronics and am confused by all the brands of small portable amps. I am not able to go out and try them because of Covid. Most of our music stores are closed, so I will need to order online. I have been hesitant to order the amp because I can't find anyone who knows what would be best with the flute. I want to play around with reverb and try some electric effects. This amp will never be for concerts or orchestra, so I don't need anything beefy.
QUESTION: CAN ANYONE DIRECT ME TO A LOWER END ACOUSTIC OR KEYBOARD AMPLIFIER THAT WOULD SOUND GOOD WITH THE SILVER FLUTE. IT NEEDS TO BE SMALL AND LIGHT THANK YOU !!!!!

Sorry to be slow but a vocal amp might work for you Maybe try the TC-Helicon VoiceSolo FX150 .
If budget is your issue then you can go with a small mixng board like the Behringer Xenyx 802 and run the output to your computer system for record and playback.
