Okay I know this might sound dumb or whatever but the tone quality on the high "F" is kinda bad and I have to do a solo with like that note and...if any of you have had this problem can you PLEASE help me! Thanks a BUNCH!

I`ve never had a problem with my "high F", only my "high #F". I don`t know what to say. Maybe you can get you`re band teacher (if you have one) to help show you what you might be doing wrong. Other than that, I don`t think that there is anything I can help with! Sorry

as my professor told me :
there is no problem with the flute the problem is with your breath
and thats true `cuz i did it alot

Experiment with how fast you push your air, and how warm it is.
