Before I go to purchase an onset flute, could someone varify this info?
The onset is pretty straight and the offset (for G#) your pink is lower?
I don`t play well with it straight...could someone clear this up for me?
THANKS!

It`s usually refered to as "inline" versus "offset" I`m having troubles visualizing whether the G# pinky key is offset as well as the G. I think it must be by the way the third rod is set. I only have an inline and I`m worried that in time my arthritis will make it impossible for me to play.

Shes right it just adds a third bar, the g# key is still in the same place, it just helps with 3rd finger open hole or people with smaller hands
