Today`s my last concert!...(I`m a senior) and I`m going to a community college next year. They don`t have bands there...only jazz band...so, I don`t know what to do...I`ll probabaly get a private teacher so I can keep up with the flute til I go to a real college...but, I don`t know what else to do...it`s sad

i Hope your last concert was good! Keep playing! ANd believe me, jazz band can be really really fun.... I just started sax and I`m going to play in jazz band next year and I am really excited about it. I just got home from a show by the best sax player in the city and one of the coolest bass players and I am really inspired by those two guys!

Of course, when I see my teacher play, I get really inspired about classical flute too. But this sax player tonight played flute and piccolo! And then he played tenor sax AND soprano sax AT THE SAME TIME!!! Wow.
