I was just wandering how many of you play other instruments besides the flute. I play just the flute but play alot of flute/piano duets with my sister who has been paying the piano for about ten years. Do any of ya`ll do that also?

I am! I have a Geimeinhradt 2sp that plays like crap, but I`m getting a n Armstrong 303(golp lip, openhole,B foot). Any wyas I alo play alto and tenor saxes. I play Bb clarinet for pit orchestra in wihch I double flute/a weeks worth of oboe when necessary. I play piano(10 years) and organ(2 years). I play the bassoon for full orchestra b/c Iswitched from bass clar.I`m getting a French horn in April and I rarely play my trombone I`ll just list everything out:

Gemeinhardt 2sp flute(upgrading to Armstrong)
Yamaha YAS23 alto
Jean Baptiste JB600TSL tenor sax
LeBlanc Normandy 4 Bb clarinet(wood)
Selmer-Bundy Bb plstic clarinet
Kalison&Sons Bb metal clarinet
Fox Renard Model 41 bassoon
Wurlitzer uprifht piano
Hammond M3 organ
Bach USA trombone

Usually people give me or sell me great instrumentsa at low costs, plus I am only a freshman in high school so I can`t buy all of them. The nice thing is they are all mine excpt the oboe(I only played 5days)and the bassoon which I`m renting from school for only $30 ayear which isn`t bad. the nice thing about being able to play more than one thing is that it pays off in pit orchestras. Soory this is so long!

I`ve been playing the flute and the piano for a long time, and this year I strated to play the tuba, as my band desperately needed one. Flute players are ever so versatile!

I play percussion...*whips out cowbell* (I`ve got a fever, and the only perscription is more cowbell!)

But I seriously do. I played in pit for last year`s marching season. I played vibraphone, marimba, xylephone, and bells.

I also play piano, organ, violin, and alto sax. Oh, and I sing.

Piano
Flute(both traditional and calssical)
Recorder
Tin/Penny Whistle
Piccolo
Guitar
Bodhrán(traditional Irish drum)
and as of yesterday the Didgeridoo

But still I want to learn more.I seem to have an endless thirst for playing musical instruments of any sort.

I started playing alto saxophone moved up to tenor sax, then my mom bought me a flute as a present. I`m a pretty good oboe player and a decent recorder and piano player. I really want to learn trombone or tuba, and I`m looking for a piccolo
