I know this probably sounds like a stupid question, but I can`t seem to get more than 3 notes out of this thing. I have no woodwind experience, and I`m sure I`m doing SOMETHING wrong, I just can`t figure out what it is. I have a fingering chart, and nothing changes past the 1st 2 notes. Am I supposed to constantly be changing my embrochure or something?

In my experience, the alto and bass clarinets require a lot of breath. Try blowing harder, especially on the lower notes.
