Is the E-11 B flat clarinet manifactured in France and Germany. How do they compare to each other and is there a price difference between the two.

The E11 used to be made in Germany by Schreiber when Buffet & Schreiebr were part of the same group of companies. I believe that they are now made in the Buffet factory in France but I have not seen any to compare them. I think most players ignore the E11 & upgrade from the B10 or B12 to the E13 or R13.
