The arpeggios are the same 1, 3, 5, 8, 5, 3, 1.

When in minor, your alternative minors (harmonic or melodic) only change the 6th and 7th, which are not in your typical arpeggios.

<Added>

If you are playing the 7th in the arpeggios then the same rules apply as when playing the scale. When ascending follow the scale ascending rule, when decending follow the descending rule.
